By joining The Companies Private Membership Association and/or any social media group created or administrated by The Compaines, I agree to the Terms and Conditions of the PMA Agreement as follows:

1. The facility and all services are restricted to Members only. A Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged on their next billing cycle.
   
   
2. The Companies will not share any contact or personal information about any Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.
   
   
3. Members are to conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
   
   
4. Phones are to be placed in quiet mode while in the facility.
   
   
5. Use of phones, whether texting or calling is strictly prohibited in the Wave Room.
   
   
6. Clothes are not a suggestion, but a requirement. Clothes must remain on at all times.
   
   
7. Due to the highly technical and extremely sensitive nature of the EE system, members are not allowed to touch or unplug any equipment in the Wave Room. Tampering with any equipment may result in a fine for any required repairs, and cancellation of membership.
   
   
8. Members agree to NOT hold The Companies liable for any tangible or intangible damage or undesirable outcomes. Participation with any technology is on a voluntary basis and the member knowingly accepts all risk.
9. Members understand that The Companies cannot guarantee results, and results among Members may vary. Members voluntarily choose to use the services provided.
   
   
10. As a Private Membership Association, the Association is protected by the U.S. Constitution and outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies. Any complaint or grievance against Association Members, staff or owners, must be received in writing by The Companies. Any grievances are to be provided in writing to Liz@CTWquantum.com, and acknowledged receipt confirmation will be sent.
    
    
11. All rights of complaints or grievances by Members will be taken seriously and investigated, and settled by Association designee, or committee and appropriate action taken to insure the health and safety of all Members and the facility.
    
    
12. Member activities within the PMA are a private contractual matter. By seeking membership in The Companies PMA, Member agrees to not disclose or share information with Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies unless legally compelled to do so.
    
    
13. Members agree to not pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the Association unless that member has exposed a Member to a clear and present danger, and upon the recommendation and approval of Association management.
    
    
14. By accepting membership in The Companies PMA, members attest to entering into the agreement by their own free will without any pressure or coercion. Members agree to join in the capacity of a private member only, and not in the guise or capacity representing any Local, State or Federal agency to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation.
    
    
15. By signing, Members attest to have read and understood all information presented and any questions have been fully answered to satisfaction. It is understood That a Member may withdraw from this agreement and terminate membership in this association at any time.
    
    
16. It is understood that membership may be revoked if any abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior is exhibited towards any Member or staff of the PMA, or if behavior is considered to be disruptive to the peace and safety of The Companies centers. Members declare by joining this Association, and/or Association social media group, Member has carefully read and agrees to all statements within the Terms and Conditions.
    
    
17. The Companies has the right to terminate any membership if any of the rules outlined above are violated. Any member who violates these rules will be addressed by a staff member to find a workable solution.
